Robert Garcia’s career in the automotive industry began in 1991, when he sold cars for Toyota in McAllen, Texas. Over the years, Robert has worn many hats—business owner, banker, corporate instructor, and Human Resources Director for the Van Tuyl Group—each role adding to his expertise in both people and performance.
